GreenPan Care & Maintenance Tips

• Use low to medium heat — Thermolon™ ceramic nonstick is highly efficient and rarely needs high heat; this also extends the life of the coating
• Avoid aerosol cooking sprays — these can leave a residue that builds up on ceramic nonstick over time; use a small amount of butter or oil instead
• Dishwasher safe — all GreenPan cookware and appliance components are dishwasher safe, though hand washing is recommended to maximise longevity
• Use silicone, wood, or nylon utensils — while Thermolon™ Infinity Pro is scratch-resistant, avoiding metal utensils will extend the coating's life
• Oven safe to 220°C — all Padova and Premiere cookware can go from stovetop to oven; remove silicone handle sleeves if present before placing in the oven
• Appliance pots — the removable pots and baskets in GreenPan appliances are dishwasher safe; wipe the exterior of the appliance with a damp cloth
